翁维良治疗多发性大动脉炎经验

WENG Wei-liang's experience in treating multiple arteritis

多发性大动脉炎属中医"脉痹"范畴。导师翁维良认为本病的基本病机在于血脉瘀滞,治疗应以活血化瘀为主,同时注重温阳益气、调畅气机。临床上将本病分为活动期及迁延期。活动期多属热毒内结,瘀血阻络证;迁延期多见气血亏虚,瘀血阻络之证及阳虚寒凝血瘀之证。遣方用药同时,多配合藤药及风药,疗效显著。

Multiple arteritis belongs to the category of vessel bi-disease in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor WENG Wei-liang thinks that the basic pathogenesis of it is blood vessels stasis, so the treatment for this disease should be given priority to promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, and pay attention to warming yang, benei ting qi, and regulating qi movement simultaneously. This disease is divided into active stage and protraction stage in clinic. In active stage, most of its syndrome belongs to syndrome of heat-toxicity accumulated in interior and syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals. In protraction stage, most of its syndrome is syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals and syndrome of yang deficiency and coagulated cold. The prescriptions for multiple arteritis cooperated with rattan and wind drugs may achieve a good curative effect.
