以病机辨证为核心,以证候缓解为质控的中医临床研究新思路

New thought for clinical researches of traditional Chinese medicine with pathogenesis differentiation as the core and syndrome remission as the quality control

当前中医临床研究循证级别不高,难以为临床所采信。其根本原因是中医临床思维的灵活性与循证医学标准化的要求相互冲突。然而,以疾病病机为辨证基础的"病机辨证"可以解决当前中医临床研究方案不符合中医思维和辨证依据不足的问题;以证候缓解作为中医治疗方案的质控体系可以解决中医治疗方案质控困难的问题。因此提出"以病机辨证为核心,以证候缓解为质控的中医临床研究思路"。这种研究思路既符合中医临床思维又符合现代医学临床研究标准化要求,可以改善中医临床研究循证级别不高,采信度低等问题。

The current evidence-based level of clinical researches on traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is not high, and dii cult to believe by clinic. The fundamental reason is the conl icts between the l exibility of TCM clinical thoughts and the standardized requirements of evidence-based medicine. However, the ‘syndrome differentiation based on disease pathogenesis＇ can solve the problems that the current TCM researches are not in conformity with TCM thoughts and that there is lack of evidence of syndrome differentiation. A system with syndrome remission as the quality control can solve the dii cult quality problems in TCM treatment. Thus, this paper puts forward ‘new thought for clinical research of TCM with pathogenesis differentiation as the core and syndrome remission as the quality control＇. This new research thought conforms to both the TCM clinical thought and the standardized requirements of modern medicine clinical researches and it helps to resolve the problems in TCM clinical research of low evidenced-based level and low adoption.
