慢性应激神经可塑性调控机制研究进展及逍遥散的调控作用探讨 被引量:6

Discussion on research progress of neural plasticity regulation mechanism during the chronic stress and regulation induced by Xiaoyao Power

摘要 疏肝解郁法治疗慢性应激疗效显著。本课题组前期发现疏肝解郁方药逍遥散显著改善慢性应激大鼠海马神经可塑性。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经可塑性的重要调节因子,最新研究发现分子伴侣蛋白(FKBP)在糖皮质激素受体(GR)的介导下,可调节BDNF的表达。文章探讨了逍遥散可通过FKBPs/GR/BDNF信号通路调节慢性应激大鼠海马神经可塑性的相关机制,并试图揭示逍遥散调节慢性应激海马神经可塑性的分子机制,为寻求防治慢性应激的新靶点提供理论和实验依据。 Xiaoyao Power had significant therapeutic effect on the chronic stress. It found that Xiaoyao Power could significantly improve the hippocampal neural plasticity of rats during the chronic stress. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) was an important regulator on neural plasticity. Recently study demonstrated that FKBP could regulate the expression of BDNF mediated by the GR activity. In this review, the mechanism of Xiaoyao Power regulated the hippocampal neural plasticity during the chronic stress through the FKBPs/GR/BDNF signaling pathway was discussed and the molecular mechanism of the regulation on hippocampal neural plasticity induced by Xiaoyao Power during the chronic stress was tried to clarii ed, in order to provide theoretical and experimental bases for seeking some novel targets for the treatment of chronic stress.
