补骨脂酊联合温热疗法治疗跖疣的相关研究 被引量:5

Effects of malaytea scurfpea fruit tincture combined with thermotherapy on the treatment of plantar wart

摘要 目的:对30%补骨脂酊联合远红外温热治疗仪治疗跖疣进行疗效观察及研究相关机制。方法:87例跖疣患者随机分为联合治疗组(44例)、对照组(43例),另设正常对照组(10例)。联合治疗组:30%补骨脂酊联合远红外局部温热治疗仪治疗。对照组:25%水杨酸封包治疗。以皮损积分情况来判断综合疗效。ELISA检测治疗前后外周血T细胞淋巴亚群与IL-2的表达,免疫组化检测皮损局部HSP-70、STAT-1和IFN-γ的变化。结果:联合治疗组治疗后总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。ELISA结果显示联合治疗组治疗后较治疗前CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IL-2上升明显(P<0.05,P<0.01),且较对照组治疗后为优(P<0.05)。免疫组化显示联合治疗组HSP-70、STAT-1和IFN-γ表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:30%补骨脂酊联合远红外温热治疗仪治疗跖疣疗效显著,并提示本疗法可通过调节机体局部及全身的免疫反应而达到治疗作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of 30% malaytea scurfpea fruit tincture combined with far-infrared thermal therapeutic instrument on the treatment of plantar wart and explore its mechanism. Methods: 87 cases of patients with plantar wart were randomly divided into three groups: combined treatment group, control group and normal control group, each group for 44 cases, 43 cases and 10 cases, respectively. The combined treatment group accepted 30% malaytea scurfpea fruit tincture combined with thermotherapy, while the control group accepted the 25% salicylic acid packet treatment. The score of skin lesion was used to determine the comprehensive effect. The T lymphocyte subsets and the expression of IL-2 in peripheral blood were detected by means of ELISA. In the skin lesion, the immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related factors, such as HSP-70, STAT-1 and IFN-γ. Results: After treatment, the recovery, the effective rate and the total effective rate in combined treatment group had significant differences compared with the control group(P〈0.05). ELISA results showed that, in combined treatment group, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 after the treatment were all higher than those before the treatment(P〈0.05, P〈0.01); After the treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 in combined treatment group were all higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). The immunohistochemistry results showed that the expressions of HSP-70, STAT-1 and IFN-γ in combined treatment group were all significant higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: 30% malaytea scurfpea fruit tincture combined with thermotherapy could had a good effect on the treatment of plantar wart, which might be related to regulate the local and systemic immune responses.
