舒心安神膏对斑马鱼运动行为的影响

Influence of Shuxin Anshen Paste on movement behavior of zebrafish

目的:利用视频跟踪系统研究舒心安神膏对斑马鱼运动行为的影响。方法:将斑马鱼浸泡在不同浓度舒心安神膏和膏方中各单味中药的养殖水中,视频跟踪系统记录给药后斑马鱼的轨迹图、运动速度、运动长度、运动时间等,同时给予光周期刺激,观察斑马鱼的运动活性。结果:光照条件下,桂枝汤组、龙骨牡蛎组、乌梅山茱萸组、熟附子、砂仁、乌梅、山茱萸可增强斑马鱼运动活性(P<0.05)。黑暗条件下,四逆汤、熟附子、山茱萸、乌梅山茱萸组斑马鱼运动活力显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);舒心安神膏组、四逆桂枝甘草龙牡组、桂枝汤组、干姜和砂仁斑马鱼幼鱼运动活性显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:舒心安神膏对斑马鱼的运动行为有一定的抑制作用,不同组成药物对斑马鱼运动行为影响不同。

Objective： To study the inl uence of Shuxin Anshen Paste on movement behavior of zebrai sh by using video record and track system. Methods： Zebrai sh were cultivated in the aquaculture water which contented with different concentrations of Shuxin Anshen Paste and each Chinese herb in this paste, and the track diagram, movement speed, length, time of zebrai sh were recorded and quantified automatically by using the video record and track system. The motion activity of zebrai sh was also observed after stimulating of photoperiod. Results： Under the illumination condition, the motion activity of zebrai sh could be enhanced by Guizhi Decoction, combination of ostreagigasthunberg and fossil fragments, combination of Dark Plum Fruit and Cornusoi cinalis, Processed Radix Aconiti Lateralis, Fructus Amomi, Fructus Mume and Fructus Corni significantly（P〈0.05）. Under dark condition, the motion activity of zebrai sh in groups of Sini Decoction, Aconitum carmichaelii, Cornusoi cinalis and Dark Plum Fruit was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The motion activity of zebrai sh in groups of Shuxin Anshen Paste, Sini Guigan Longmu Decoction, Guizhi Decoction, Ganjiang Decoction and Sharen Decoction was weakened significantly. Conclusion： Shuxin Anshen Paste has certain inhibitory effect on the movement behavior of zebrai sh, and different herbs in this paste have different inl uence on movement behavior of zebrai sh.
