1《 Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery-GlobalOpen》发展简史
我们很激动地介绍《Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery-Global Open》（PRSGO）揭牌仪式，其是自《Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery》（PRS）1946年创刊以来第1本姐妹刊。2012年5月，PRS总编辑、PRS部门编辑、美国整形外科学会（ASPS）的领导以及杂志的编辑人员一致同意，是创建一本PRS开放获取（open access，OA）杂志的时候了。
