脂肪来源干细胞对光老化皮肤细胞外基质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)作为人体组织的主要成分之一,在维持细胞形态结构和功能完整性方面发挥着重要作用。它是分布于细胞外的蛋白质和多糖等大分子构成的网状结构,包括纤维网架(胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白)、黏着成分(非胶原糖蛋白)、凝胶样基质(氨基葡聚糖和蛋白多糖)3大类。作为组织的非细胞成分,ECM参与细胞的增殖、迁移和分化等生物学过程。
