网民的非理性行为及其引导

Irrational Behavior of Netizens and Guidance to It

引导和规范网民的非理性行为,对于维护风清气正的网络环境、畅通网民诉求表达渠道等意义重大。网民非理性行为主要表现为"群体极化"和网络暴力等方面,其对公众合法权益、主流意识形态及现实社会秩序等带来了挑战,成为引发网络社会风险的重要诱因。从主观原因来看,网民的非理性行为与其自身存在侥幸心理、法治意识淡薄、心理认知不成熟等因素有关。新形势下,应着重从培养网民的媒介素养、塑造网民的公共理性、提升网民的法治意识和道德素质等方面入手,以引导和规范网民的非理性行为。

To guide and normalize the irrational behavior of netizens is significant for maintaining righteous network environment,and smooth the channel of appeal of netizens,etc. The irrational behavior of them shows＂group polarization＂and cyber-violence and so on,which brings challenges to public legal interests,mainstream ideology and realistic social order,becoming main factor to cause social risks of network. From perspective of subjective reason,the irrational behavior of netizens relates to many factors,such as fluke mind,weak legal consciousness and immature psychological cognition. In new situation,we should focus on cultivation of media literacy of netizens,shaping of public reason of them,promotion of legal consciousness and moral quality of them,guiding and normalizing irrational behavior of them.
