摘要
兰州牛肉面和麦当劳都是大众快餐,但却有着本质的区别,最大的区别就是标准化。兰州牛肉面遍布全国,但却完全"不是一个味"。这种现象背后的现实基础,是中国城市中巨大的阶层差别和文化差别,兰州牛肉面的消费者和经营者共同缔造了非标准化的经营模式。随着现代化的深入,兰州牛肉面也需要适度的标准化,但不应该也不可能完全实现标准化。
Lanzhou beef noodles and McDonald's are popular fast foods,but there are the essence distinctions between them.Standardization is the biggest difference among them.Lanzhou beef noodles can be found all over the country,but there are completely different tastes among them.The realistic foundation behind the phenomenon is a kind of huge class difference and cultural difference in Chinese cities,thus,the consumers and operators of Lanzhou beef noodles manufacture the non-standard business model together.With the deepening of China's modernization,Lanzhou beef noodles also need to have a kind of moderate standardization,but they should not and also cannot fully realize a kind of standardization.?
