由“补偿”到“奖励”:对少数民族高考加分政策的思考——以贵州省为例

摘要 实行少数民族高考加分政策,对提升少数民族考生获得高等教育的机会起着极大的作用。然而,从民族文化传承的角度来看,以"照顾"和"补偿"为倾向的加分政策尚存在着很多问题。可采用身份加分政策、区域加分政策和奖励加分政策等不同的加分政策逐步改革,完善少数民族高考加分政策,促进民族文化的传承和发展。 The implementation of the preferential policy that awards bonus points for minorities in the college entrance exams offers minority students more opportunities for higher education.However,the policy inclined to consideration and compensation has still many problems from the perspective of minority cultural heritage.Some measures can be taken to reform and perfect the policy as follows:adopt the identity bonus point policy,regional bonus policy and reward bonus policy.Only in this way can minority culture be inherited and developed well.
