摘要
相比普通导线,扩径导线更加经济、环保。导线在放线过滑轮的过程中会受到扭转载荷。扩径导线在扭转载荷下股线的分层应力分析,对其推广和应用具有重要的意义。通过有限元方法对扩径导线扭转载荷下的分层应力进行研究,结果表明:在扭转载荷作用下,当绞层旋向与扭转载荷同向时,该绞层有旋紧的趋势,绞层内股线处于拉伸状态;当绞层旋向与扭矩载荷相反时,该绞层有解旋的趋势,绞层内股线处于压缩状态;除中心钢股外,各股线发生拉(压)弯组合变形。
Compared with ordinary conductor,expanded conductor is more economical and environmental. Conductor withstands torsional loads when it runs over pulleys. Because layered stress analysis of expanded conductor under torsional loads is of great importance to its promotion and application,this paper through the finite element method,workes on the layered stress of expanded conductor under torsional loads. The result showes that the layer strands are stretched when their rotation direction remains the same with the loads' under torsional loads. If the rotation direction is opposite,the layer strands go into unwinding trend and are compressed. Except for the centre steel strand,the strands withstand the combination of tension( compression) and bending deformation.
