互联网技术的不断发展使得在线投稿审稿的方式逐渐演变成稿件管理的重要途径.通过网络化管理,可避免稿件管理的诸多不便,极大地提高工作效率.但开发一个投稿系统,一般来说价格不菲,而且后续维护也比较困难.因此本文设计并开发了一种适用于针对中小型期刊的工作特点的网络投稿系统,该系统具备投稿审稿以及系统维护管理的功能,包含了稿件管理的全过程,而且易于维护,具有较好的实用性.

With the rapid development of internet technology, online contribution and reviewers has graauatly evolved into an important way for manuscript management. Network management can avoid many problems of contribution management and great improve work efficiency. However, it is too expensive to develop a contribution system and even more difficult to maintain. To solve these problems, a small and medium-size online contribution system has been designed and implemented in this article. This system has good practicability. It contains the whole process of manuscript management, and is easy to maintain.
