镇域经济竞争力评价及影响因素研究

Evaluation of competitive ability of the township economies and study of its influencing factors

文章结合重庆实际,应用层次分析法对重庆市镇域经济竞争力展开评价,并结合评价结果通过问卷调查,以结构方程模型对镇域经济竞争力影响因素进行分析。结果显示,产业发展成为重庆镇域经济较强竞争力的一个非充分却是必要条件,但镇域产业发展与经济竞争力间还未形成良性互促的影响路径。为此,文章提出重庆和西部镇域经济发展不能模仿县域或市域经济发展道路,也不能走东部小城镇"村村点火、户户冒烟"的乡镇企业发展老路,而需要以自身资源环境、产业或传统市场为基础,注重区域联合,走专业化和特色化的可持续发展之路。

Based on the case of Chongqing, this paper evaluates the economic competitive ability of the towns by the AHP. And according to the results, with the questionnaire survey, it analyzes the factors which will affect the towns＇economic competitive ability with the SEM. The results show that industrial development has become a non-sufficient but necessary condition for the economic competitive ability of the towns in Chongqing, however,they haven＇t formed a good influence path with each other. Therefore, this paper enhances that the economic development of the town in Chongqing as well as in the West can＇t be a model of a county or a city, or can＇t go in the old way of Eastern towns developing by township enterprises with the ＂village ignition, household smoke＂. It should go the specialized and characteristic road based on its＇natural resources and industrial foundation as well as the traditional markets, and that will be a sustainable developing road.
