摘要
教学反思是教师对教学实践活动、教育现象进行理性审视和分析的过程,从而发现教学中存在的问题与不足,进而采取相应的改进措施。教育现象学以其独特的研究方法为教学反思提供了新的反思视角,使得教学反思更加深刻、有效,使反思经历变得也更加丰富。
Teaching reflection is an examining and analyzing process of the teacher regarding his or her teaching practice and educational phenomena,based on which he or she takes corresponding improvement measures. Phenomenological pedagogy with its unique research methods provides a new perspective for teaching reflection,making teaching reflection more and more profound,effective and abundant.
