基础教育改革视野下农村教师队伍思想状况探究

On the Ideological Status of Rural Teachers in the Perspective of Basic Education Reform

农村教育质量的关键在于农村教师队伍建设,然而当前农村教师队伍的思想状况不甚理想,其诱因来自于三个方面:一是市场经济因素导致价值取向偏移;二是管理机制不健全、落实不到位;三是教师自身素质有待提高。解决农村基础教育教师当前存在的问题,必须从提高农村基础教育者的待遇、规范基础教育教师的管理制度并且把基础教育改革落到实处等方面着手。

The key to quality-oriented rural education lies in the building of competent teaching personnel in rural areas. However,the current ideological status of rural teachers is far from being satisfactory,which can be attributable to the following three aspects： first,the market economy factors have led to the deviation of value orientation among rural teachers; second,there is a lack of sound and effective rural education management mechanism; and third,the quality of rural teachers is yet to be enhanced. To solve these problems facing rural basic education teachers,efforts must be made to improve the welfare of rural basic education teachers,standardize the management system of basic education and enforce to the full the reform measures concerning rural basic education.
