高职教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,与就业紧密相关。对于学生职业素质的培养一直是学界研究的重点,音乐教育作为德育的重要途径,也越来越受到重视,一个良好职业生涯的开端需要良好的综合素养。高职院校的音乐教师作为与学生接触的终端,对学生综合素质的提高有着直接的影响。本文对高职院校音乐教育的相关研究进行了简单分析,重点讨论了在高职教育中,音乐教育师资力量的发展思路。

Higher vocational education is an important component of education cause in our country,and closely related to employment. Academic research focus on the cultivation of students＇ professional quality. In recent years,music education is more and more paid attention to. The beginning of a good career need good comprehensive quality. As the terminal of contact with students,music teachers in higher vocational colleges,affect the improvement of students＇ comprehensive quality. This paper analyzed the higher vocational colleges and music education research And discussed emphatically music education faculty development train of thought in the higher vocational education.
