摘要
目的 调查表观健康女性血清HE4、Crea、Urea、UA浓度及eGFR水平,评价HE4与Crea、Urea、Ua及eGFR的相关性.方法 收集2014年3月至2015年5月在我院进行健康体检的表观健康女性3239例;采用电化学发光法测定血清HE4浓度,全自动生化分析仪测定血清Crea、Urea、UA浓度,肾小球滤过率由改良MDRD方程估算;比较不同年龄阶段HE4、Crea、Urea、UA及eGFR水平的差异,并分析HE4与Crea、Urea、UA及eGFR的相关性.结果 3239例健康女性血清HE4、Crea、Urea、UA浓度及eGFR水平的95%可信区间分别为:HE4≤72.30 pmol/L,Crea≤68.80μmol/L,Urea≤6.53mmol/L,UA≤381.20 μmol/L,eGFR≥85.65 ml/min;50~59岁、60~69岁及>70岁组血清HE4、Urea、UA水平较20 ~ 29岁、30 ~ 39岁、40~49岁组明显增高;60 ~ 69岁与>70岁组血清Crea较20 ~ 29岁、30 ~ 39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁组明显增加;eGFR随着年龄增加而降低.在30~39岁、40 ~ 49岁、50 ~ 59岁及>60岁组,HE4与Crea、UA呈正相关,与eGFR呈负相关.结论 健康女性血清HE4与Crea、UA成正相关,与eGFR成负相关.健康女性血清HE4、Crea、Urea、UA浓度及eGFR水平受年龄因素影响,各项目的参考区间应根据其根据年龄差别来建立.
Objective To assess the serum levels of HE4,Ua,Crea,Urea,and eGFR in healthy women and evaluate the correlation of HE4 with Crea,Urea,Ua,and eGFR.Methods 3239 healthy women undergoing physical examination at our hospital from March,2014 to May,2015 were collected.HE4 was determined by electrochemiluminescence;the concentrations of Urea,Ua,and Crea were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer;the glomerular filtration rate was estimated by modified MDRD equation.The differences of HE4,Urea,Crea,Ua,and eGFR between different age stages were compared,and the correlation of HE4 with Crea,Urea,Ua,and eGFR was analyzed.Results The 95% CI of HE4,Ua,Crea,Urea,and eGFR in healthy women were ≤72.30 pmol/L,≤68.80 μmol/L,≤6.53 mmol/L,≤381.20 μmol/L,and eGFR≥85.65 ml/min,respectively.The levels of HE4,Urea,and Ua were more significantly increased in 50 to 59 years group,60 to 69 years group,and ≥70years group than in 20 to 29 years group,30 to 39 years group,and 40 to 49 years group.The concentration of serum Crea were significantly higher in 60 to 69 years group and ≥70years group than in 20 to 29 years group,30 to 39 years group,40 to 49 years group,and 50 to 59 years group.However,the level ofeGFR decreased with age.HE4 positively correlated with Crea and UA and negatively with eGFR in 30 to 39 years group,40 to 49 years group,50 to 59 years group,60 to 69 years group,and ≥70 years group.Conclusions The serum level of HE4 in healthywomen positively correlates with Crea and Ua and negatively with eGFR.
