综合护理干预对急性阑尾炎患者效果观察

Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute appendicitis

目的 探讨综合护理干预对急性阑尾炎患者的效果观察.方法 纳入我院于2013年2月至2015年2月间收治的急性阑尾炎患者98例,所有患者均行手术治疗.随机分为研究组（n=49）与对照组（n=49）.研究组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用入院后一般护理干预.观察两组腹痛缓解时间、肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、护理满意率、住院时间及术后并发症发生情况.结果 研究组腹痛缓解时间（2.01±0.56）d、肠道功能恢复时间（12.09±4.58）h以及下床活动时间（13.78±3.45）h,明显快于对照组的腹痛缓解时间（3.14±0.73）h、肠道功能恢复时间（16.74±5.47）h以及下床活动时间（22.67±5.14）h,P＜0.05;研究组护理满意率（97.96％）明显高于对照组护理满意率（75.51％）,P＜0.05;研究组住院时间为（2.31 ±0.49）d,也明显短于对照组住院时间（3.91 ±0.84）d,P＜0.05;研究组并发症发生率（2.04％）明显低于对照组并发症发生率（18.37％）,P＜ 0.05.结论 综合护理干预对急性阑尾炎患者临床效果明显,能够显著提高患者生活质量.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 98 patients with acute appendicitis admitted into our hospital from February,2013 to February,2015 were selected and surgically treated and were randomly divided into a research group （n=49） and a control group （n=49）.The research group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group general nursing intervention.The abdominal pain relief time,the restoration time of bowel function,the time for activity off bed,the satisfaction degree of nursing care,the length of hospital stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed in both groups.Results The abdominal pain relief time [（2.01±0.56） d vs.（3.14±0.73） h],the restoration time of bowel function [（12.09±4.58） h vs.（16.74±5.47） h],the time for activity off bed [（13.78±3.45）h vs.（22.67±5.14）h],and the length of hospital stay [（2.31±0.49）d vs.（3.91±0.84）d] were obviously shorter,the satisfaction degree of nursing care （97.96％ vs.75.51％） was markedly higher,and the incidence of postoperative complications （2.04％ vs.18.37％） was significantly lower in the research group than in the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute appendicitis is effective and can improve the patients＇ quality of life obviously.
