For over thirty years, the practice of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone （SSEZ） has fully proved that the strategic plans of CPC （the Communist Party of China） leaders are totally right in regard to its establishment, development, promotion and deepening reform. SSEZ has witnessed great development and success thanks to the following theories： Deng Xiaoping＇s ＂fighting a way out by yourselves＂; Jiang Zemin＇s ＂giving priority to development while increasing new advantages to the next further level＇＂; Hu Jintao＇s ＂continuing to push forward the reform and exploring new paths of scientific development＂; and Xi Jinping＇s ＂innovating with endless Reform and Opening-up＂.
