摘要
《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》颁布实施以来取得了较为明显的效果。但是,随着社会的进步与发展,一些潜在的问题逐步凸显,因此,对这些问题进行研究和探讨无疑具有重要的现实意义。
Obvious effects have been achieved since the issuing and implementation of ＂Protection Law on Juvenile of PRC （ the People＇s Republic of China）＂. However, some latent problems crop up gradually with social progress and development. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study and discuss these problems.
