Improving Impoverished Graduates' Employment Competitiveness:Measures

大学毕业生就业难的问题已经越来越引起社会的广泛关注,而贫困大学生就业难问题尤为突出。造成贫困大学生就业难的主要原因是经济困难和个体综合素质的缺乏。以理工科专业为例,提高贫困大学生就业竞争力应着重把握三个方面:建立完善的资助体系,提供政策支持和经济扶持;加强就业指导与服务,提高贫困生的综合素质;推进人才培养模式改革,提高贫困生职业能力。

The competitive employment of university graduates has become an increasingly widespread concern in the society, especially the difficult problems of those impoverished ones in job-seeking. The main reasons result from their economic difficulties and lack of comprehensive qualities. Taking Science and Engineering majors as examples, it is essential to give priority to the following three aspects： Firstly, establishing a financial aid system to provide policy support and financial aid; Secondly, providing employment guidance and services to enhance the overall qualities of the impoverished undergraduates; Thirdly, reforming personnel training modes to improve these needed students＇ professional abilities.
