微波辐射合成硫酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯及在造纸工业的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以产物硫酸-氨基甲酸淀粉脂的收率为实验指标,采用微波辐射合成方法,通过单因素及正交试验确定最佳工艺条件:淀粉:硫酸盐为5:1、淀粉:尿素为10:1、微波功率为300W、反应时间为15min。并在最佳条件下进行多次重复验证实验,产品收率可稳定在0.342左右。对产品的取代度、黏度和糊化温度和对成纸性能的影响进行测定,结果表明:取代度DS=0.36;黏度提高了40%;糊化温度降低了35.38%;抗张指数、耐破指数和撕裂指数分别增强了31.8%,33.14%,18.02%。 The optimum technology determined by single factor and orthogonal experimental method was provided as follows: the mass ratio of starch to sulfate was 5: 1,the starch to the urea was 10: 1,and the heating time was 15 min at a microwave power of 300 W. And the results of the verification experiment under the optimal conditions showed that the products yield was stabilized at 0. 342. The DS,viscosity,and gelatinization temperature of the samples were also measured and analyzed. Degree of substitution DS = 0. 36; the viscosity increased 40%; gelatinization temperature decreased 35. 38%; tensile index,burst index and tear index of the paper sheets adding starch sulfate- carbamate were enhanced 31. 8%,33. 14%,18. 02% respectively.
