延续护理在下肢骨折术后出院患者康复中的效果观察

Observation of the rehabilitation effect of continuous nursing in discharged patients after orthopedic surgery

目的探讨延续护理对骨科手术后患者出院后的康复效果。方法将100名骨科手术后患者分成实验组和对照组，对照组仅于出院时做出院指导及出院后1周做一次电话随访，实验组在此基础上延续护理至出院后3个月。结果干预后实验组坚持功能锻炼、定期复查患者比例均高于对照组，出院后切口感染率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论延续护理提高了下肢骨折术后出院患者坚持功能锻炼、定时复诊的依从性，从而保证术后功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of continuous nursing in discharged patients after orthopedic surgery. Methods 100 patients undergone orthopedic surgery were divided into experimental group and control group. Control group only received discharge instruction and telephone follow-up 1 week after discharged, and experimental group received continuous nursing for 3 months after discharged on the basis of control group. Results After intervention, the rate of adhering to functional exercise, periodic review in experimental group were higher than those in control group, the rate of incision infection after discharged was lower than that in control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing improves compliance of adhering to functional exercise, periodic review in discharged patients after orthopedic surgery, so as to ensure the recovery of postoperative function.
