摘要
高校图书馆领导从控制型向服务型领导转变,为图书馆人提供优质服务,是建设服务型高校图书馆的关键。高校图书馆服务型领导是指高校图书馆领导以爱和责任为基石,以服务图书馆人为导向,将图书馆人的利益置于领导者个人利益之上,尊重图书馆人的尊严和价值,充分关注、培育与开发图书馆人专业能力,最大限度的激发图书馆人工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,激励图书馆人实现自我价值的一种领导认知与实践活动。它由服务高校图书馆人、信任与发展高校图书馆人、共谋高校图书馆愿景、授权高校图书馆人、激励高校图书馆人构成。高校图书馆服务型领导能增强高校图书馆人的工作满意感、强化图书馆领导与图书馆人的心理氛围与关系质量、提升高校图书馆公民行为、降低高校图书馆人工作场所偏离行为、增强高校图书馆人个体和团队绩效。
The leadership of the university library is changing from the control oriented to the service type, and providing quality service to the library. University Library Service Leadership is refers to the leadership of college library with love and responsibility as the cornerstone, to service the library people oriented, library put the interests of individual leaders interests and respect for the dignity and value of library, full attention, cultivation and development of professional abilities of librarians, maximally stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the work of the library, the library incentive people realize self value of a leader cognitive and practical activities. It consists of service university library, trust and development of university library, library of common university, University Library, authorized university library, and encourage university library. University library service leadership can enhance job satisfaction in college library, strengthen the psychological atmosphere and the relationship between the quality of library leaders and librarians, the promotion university library citizenship behavior, reduces the deviation behavior, and enhance the University Library individual and team performance in libraries of colleges and universities in the workplace.
