摘要
文章以2013年中国花博会举办地常州市为例,从居民感知的角度探讨了重大事件对城市旅游发展的影响变化。基于居民感知的动态性,以花博会举办前、举办过程中和举办结束后3次抽样调查数据为基础,分析了居民感知、态度和支持行为(意向)的变化规律。研究表明:在事件旅游3个发展阶段,居民对旅游正面影响感知弱化,总体看来评价呈下降趋势;对负面影响感知总体呈U型趋势,花博会后期感知均值大于前期和中期;居民对花博会的总体态度和支持行为(意向)呈现出弱化趋势,但总体态度和支持行为(意向)比较积极和正面。
The study on residents' perception,attitude and support behavior to tourism destination has been a lasting research topic for tourism geography. Taking 2013 China Flower Expo in Changzhou as an example,the paper,from the perspective of residents' perception,attempts to discuss the change of impacts of major events on the city tourism development. In viewof the fact that perception is a dynamic process,three sets of questionnaire survey data were collected before,during and after the flower expo. Based on the survey data,the paper analyses the changing regularity of residents' perception,attitude and their support behavior( intention). The results showthat the positive impacts of Changzhou residents' perception is in a weakening trend,while their perception of the negative impacts is in a U trend. The mean value of perception at the beginning phase is greater than that of the middle and the later phase. The attitude and support behavior( intention) of Changzhou residents is in a weakening trend. On the whole,their attitude and support behavior( intention) is positive and active.
