长春瑞滨联合异环磷酰胺和顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效的初步观察

摘要 目的探讨长春瑞滨联合异环磷酰胺和顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法 76例晚期乳腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组给予长春瑞滨联合异环磷酰胺治疗,观察组给予长春瑞滨联合异环磷酰胺和顺铂治疗,对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为94.7%,明显高于对照组的63.2%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为21.1%低于对照组的34.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长春瑞滨联合异环磷酰胺和顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效显著,降低了不良反应的发生率,具有临床应用价值。
