摘要
教师教育协同创新是建设高素质专业化教师队伍的新形式。现实教师教育协同中,存在着协同机构不能有效发挥作用、优质教育资源的协同进度慢、教育研究合作范围有限、职前培养和职后培训的一体化协同发展不平衡等问题,阻碍了教师教育的发展。教师教育协同创新,应当通过创新教育管理体制、加快优质教育资源整合速度、扩大教育研究合作范围、构建教师发展中心等强有力的手段和措施才能实现。
The cooperative innovation of normal education is a new form of cultivating high quality professional teachers.There are still obstacles in the real collaborative process such as incompetent cooperative organizations,slow collaboration of education resources,limited scope of educational research,unbalanced development of vocational education and post training.By innovating education management systems,accelerating the integration of education resources,expanding the cooperation in education research,and building teacher development centers,normal education collaborative innovation can be really achieved.
