摘要
【目的】研究不同剂量齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响。【方法】根据不同给药剂量将180例精神分裂症患者分为三组:低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组各60例。其中低剂量组给予齐拉西酮<40 m g/d ,平均(241.±40.) mg/d。中剂量组给予齐拉西酮40~100 mg/d ,平均(685.±100.)mg/d。高剂量组给予齐拉西酮100~160 m g/d ,平均(1114.±223.) m g/d。于治疗后1个月、3个月进行脑电图检测。【结果】治疗前各组患者脑电图检查显示正常。治疗1个月后,低剂量组脑电图轻度异常者17例,中度异常者2例,重度异常者0例;中剂量组轻度异常者12例,中度异常者18例,重度异常者0例,高剂量组轻度异常者10例,中度异常者29例,重度异常者0例,各组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(均 P <00.5)。治疗3个月后各组脑电图异常者较治疗1个月明显加重,其差异均有统计学意义(均 P <00.5),即随着治疗剂量和时间是增加,脑电图异常发生率及其异常程度增高。【结论】高剂量齐拉西酮比低剂量更为容易导致患者脑电图异常,且齐拉西酮剂量越大,脑电图异常程度越严重。
Objective]To study the brain electrical activity changes of Patients with schizophrenia in different ziprasidone treatment doses .[Methods]180 cases of schizophrenia were divided into 3 groups according to the dif‐ferent doses :low dose group of 60 cases ,middle dose group of 60 cases ,high dose group of 60 cases .The low dose group was given ziprasidone of 〈 40 mg/d ,with the average of (24 1. ± 4 0.) mg/d .The middle dose group for ziprasidone of 40-100 mg/d ,with the average of (68 5. ± 10 0.) mg/d .The high dose group for ziprasidone of 100-160 mg/d ,with the average of (111 4. ± 22 3.) mg/d .In 1 month ,3 months after treatment ,EEG was de‐tected in different ziprasidone treatment doses respectively .[Results]The EEG of the patients before treatment showed normal 1. month after treatment ,the light abnormal were 17 cases ,medium abnormal 2 cases ,severe ab‐normal 0 in the low dose group ;the light abnormal were 12 cases ,medium abnormal 18 cases ,severe abnormal 0 in the middle dose group ;the light abnormal were 10 cases ,medium abnormal 29 cases ,severe abnormal 0 in the high dose group .comparison among different degree ,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0 0.5) .After 3 months treatment ,the abnormal EEG in each group was significantly worse than that 1 month before the treat‐ment ,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0 0.5) ,that was ,with the dose and duration of treatment , the abnormal rate of EEG and the abnormal degree increased [.Conclusion]High dose of ziprasidone is more prone to EEG abnormality than low dose ,and the bigger ziprasidone dose ,the heavier the degree of abnormal EEG is .
