不同剂量雷贝拉唑联合呋喃唑酮四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌疗效比较

Efficacy of Quadruple Therapy With Different-Dose Rabeprazole and Furazolidone for Helico- bacter Pylori Infection

【目的】比较不同剂量雷贝拉唑联合呋喃唑酮7d四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染根除率及症状缓解率的疗效。【方法】选择186例Hp阳性的慢性活动性胃炎患者，随机分为A、B两组，每组各93例。分别接受雷贝拉唑20mg（A组）、10mg（B组）＋呋喃唑酮100mg、阿莫西林1000mg＋果胶铋200mg的7d四联疗法。停药至少4周后复查13C呼气试验。评估Hp根除率、症状缓解情况和不良反应。【结果】按意向性分析（ITT分析），A组及B组根除率分别为92．47％（86／93），83．87％（78／93），差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；按符合方案分析（PP分析），A组及B组根除率分别为95．56％（86／90），85．71％（78／91），A组根除率高于B组，差并有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组症状缓解率及不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。【结论】含大剂量雷贝垃唑和哇喃哇酮的四联7d疗法鲮正常剂量雷蚵垃哇四联疗幸法且者圣高的HD根除摩．

f-Abstract][Objective] To compare the curative effect of different doses of rabeprazole combined with fu- razolidone 7 d （quadruple therapy） on Helicobacter＇pylori （HP） infection and the relevant eradication rate and symptom relief rate. [Methods]A total of 186 H pyroli-infected patients with chronic active gastritis were en- rolled and randomly divided into two groups.Patients were treated with rabeprazole 20 mg （group A） and 10 mg （group B） ＋ furazolidone 100 mg, amoxicillin 1000 mg, colloidal bismuth pectin 200 mg 7 d quadruple therapy. At least 4 weeks after withdrawal, the review of 13C breath test was conducted to evaluate Hp eradi- cate rate, symptom relief and adverse reactions. [Results] By the Intention-TO-Treat （ITT） analysis, the e- radication rate group of A and group B was 92.47% （86/93）, 83.87% （78/93）respectively, there was no sta- tistically significant difference （ P〉0.05）; According to Per-protocol（PP） analysis, the eradication rate of group A and group B was 95.56% （86/90）, 85.71% （78/91）, the eradication rate of group A is higher than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. The symptom remission rate and inci- dence of adverse reactions of the two groups has no statistical significance （ P〉0.05）.[Conelusion]Compared with normal dose containing rabeprazole quadruple therapy,the large dose of rabeprazole and furazolidone 7 d quadruple therapy has higher eradication rate of HP.
