嗜酸性粒细胞与特应性皮炎的关系研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis ,AD)是一种源于遗传和环境因素相互作用的常见的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病,其典型的临床特点是多形性皮疹、剧烈瘙痒、皮肤干燥和反复发作。同时可能伴有哮喘和/或过敏性鼻炎。近年来AD发病率逐年上升。临床工作中发现AD患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞可升高,尤其是婴幼儿A D可高达30%以上。但到目前为止嗜酸性粒细胞与AD的关系尚不完全清楚,为了探讨嗜酸性粒细胞在 AD发生和发展中的作用,特将二者相关的研究进展综述如下。
