T 细胞斑点试验在小儿结核性脑膜炎诊断中的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】讨论结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T S.POT .TB)在小儿结核性脑膜炎(TBM )中的诊断价值。【方法】对2012年10月至2013年10月本院感染科收治的39例小儿TBM患儿和41例非结核病患儿进行T . SPOT .TB、结核菌素试验(PPD皮试)、结核抗体、脑脊液结核菌培养检测。【结果】在4种检测方法中,T . SPOT .TB试验诊断 TBM 的敏感性(87.18%)和特异性(87.80%)比较高,优于 PPD 皮试(61.54%和756.0%)、结核抗体检测(128.5%和951.2%)及脑脊液结核菌培养(179.5%和0%)。【结论】T S.POT .TB对小儿TBM有较好的辅助诊断价值,值得临床推广。
