食品科学与工程专业是一个实践性很强的专业,在实践教学体系改革中将科学研究的思路和方法融入到毕业论文、大学生创新创业项目、生产实习及学年论文等环节,构筑实践教学与科研相结合的教学体系,增强学生的思考能力和动手能力,全面提高本科教学质量。
The major of food science and engineering is a very practical professional. In the reform of the practical teaching system,integrates the ideas and methods of scientific research into the practical teaching process,such as undergraduate academic year paper, innovation and entrepreneurship program for college students, productive practice, undergraduate thesis and so on. Constructs research practical teaching system,improves students' logical thinking ability and practical ability,improves the quality of undergraduate teaching comprehensively.
