摘要 针对延长气田西部地区地层特点及中深井固井主要技术难题,研究中深井固件关键技术措施。有以下认识:保证良好的钻井液和水泥浆性能是中深井固井不可或缺的前提条件;采用低密高强水泥浆体系和多凝高密度水泥浆体系,并结合双级固井工艺,能有效解决长封固段固井易压漏地层、易气窜等技术难题;采用"双防"水泥浆体系,能有力解决盐(膏)层遇水易改变水泥浆性能的固井技术难题;采用优质高效悬浮隔离液体系SQG-1,降低注替排量,可提高顶替效率,保证固井质量。 This article aims to explore and study the key technical measures for medium deep firmware in the western area of Yanchang gas field,based on the formation characteristics and the main technology problems in cementing. Well drilling fluid and cement slurry performance are indispensable preparation in mid- deep well cementing.And cement slurry system with low density and high strength and high density cement slurry system setting combined with two stage cementing technology,can effectively solve the problems in the long cementing section of easy leakage and easy formation pressure of gas channeling. Dual protection' cement slurry system can stop the salt( paste) cement from easily changing the performance in water with high quality and efficiency. Suspension spacer fluid system isolation SQG- 1could reduce the note for displacement and improve displacement efficiency so as to ensure the cementing quality.
