摘要
介绍随钻测量信息传输方式的分类及其原理与特点,展望其发展方向及前景。电缆传输方式应重点解决电接触环的安装位置,改善电缆入口装置;钻杆传输方式的发展趋势是智能钻杆,应重点解决钻杆接头间的信息传输问题和井下无法长时间供电的问题,并降低成本;电磁传输应重点解决信号的衰减和可靠性问题。目前钻井液脉冲式传输方式应用广泛,而未来的主要发展趋势是连续波传输方式。光纤和声波传输方式作为随钻测量信息传输的技术储备,尚待深入研究。
Different types of measurement while drilling( MWD) data transmission with their principle and characteristics are introduced,and the research status of each transmission type are analyzed. The future of the MWD data transmission is considered as follows: solving the contact ring installation position and improving the cable entrance device are the directions. Intelligent drill pipe will be the tendency of the drill pipe transmission,while smooth transmission between the drill pipe joints,reducing the cost as much as possible as well as power supply shortage will be the attention of it. The problem of reliability and signal attenuation will be the key focus of the electromagnetic transmission. At present,the widely used drilling fluid pulse transmission should focus on the development of continuous wave transmission. As the technology reserve of the MWD data transmission,more detailed research should be carried on the fiber optic and acoustic transmission.
