摘要 研究声发射检测技术在管道和储罐中的应用,摸索AE-win软件在管道和储罐声发射检测过程中的具体方法;分别介绍管道和储罐声发射检测的定位原理以及声发射信号的模拟方法,分析声发射技术对管道和立式油罐缺陷的实际定位效果,寻求适用于天然气管道和储罐检测的声发射检测方案。 This paper mainly studied the application of the sound launch examination technology in pipeline and storage tank,with detailed methods of application of the AE- win software in the pipeline and storage tank. The sound launch examination positioning principle of the pipeline and storage tank and the simulation method of the sound launch signal were introduced in detail,and this paper also studied the actual situation of the sound launch examination technology,which may have defects in positioning effect of AE- win software to the pipes and vertical tank. Finally,we obtained a reasonable application scheme of the sound launch examination technology in the detection of natural gas pipeline and storage tank.
