摘要
目的:优化丹参的乙醇提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法检测丹参酮ⅡA的含量,同时以丹参酮ⅡA为指标,采用响应面法对乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比3个影响因素进行优化。结果:建立了丹参乙醇提取模型,回归模型显著;提取优化条件为:乙醇浓度86.00%,提取时间44 min,料液比1∶17。结论:该提取工艺合理,丹参酮ⅡA的提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Salviae Miltiorrhizae in alcohol. Methods: The content of tanshinone IIA was determined by HPLC. Concentration of alcohol, extraction duration and solid- liquid ratio were investigated by response surface methodology using the yield of tanshinone ⅡA as index.Results: The yield model for extracting tanshinone ⅡA in salviae mihiorrhizae was build, and the model is remarkable. The best conditions gained that the concentration of alcohol was 86%, the distilled time was 44 min, and that the solid-liquid ratio was 1:17. Conclusion: The extraction technology is reasonable, and there was high extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA.
