寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗复发性流产的疗效及对血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的影响

The Clinical Effect and Influence on TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 of Shoutai Pill(寿胎丸)Combined with Dydrogesterone on Recurrent Abortion

目的:观察寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗复发性流产的临床疗效及对血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法:选择80例有复发性流产史而再次妊娠的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。从妊娠5周起,两组给予口服地屈孕酮,治疗组在此基础上给予寿胎丸治疗,连续治疗至妊娠12周,观察比较两组疗效、妊娠结局、相关炎症因子指标变化及药物不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为85.0%,高于对照组的52.5%(P<0.05);组内比较,两组治疗后TNF-α低于治疗前(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-10均高于治疗前(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗后TNF-α治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-10均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后流产率治疗组为17.5%,低于对照组的45.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗复发性流产有较好疗效,能够提高妊娠成功率,调节体内免疫反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shoutai Pill combined with dydrogesterone on recurrent abortion. Methods： The 80 cases of patients with recurrent abortion were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 40 in each. From 5th week of pregnancy, spatients were given oral dydrogesterone in the two groups. On this basis, the patients were treated by Shoutai Pill in treatment group. After continuous treatment to 12 weeks of pregnancy, the clinical symptoms and signs p, the pregnancy outcome, the inflammatory factor index changes and the adverse drug reaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Result： The effective rate of the research group was 85.0%, which was significantly higher than that the control group of 52.5% （P〈0.05）;The TNF-α indexes was significantly reduced in two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, while the IL-6 and IL -10 indexes were significantly increased after treatment （P〈0.05）;The treatment group showed lower TNF-α indexes than the control group （P〈0.05）, and higher IL-6 and IL-10 index than the control group （P〈0.05）; The spontaneous abortion rate of the research group was 17.5, which was significantly lower than the control group of 45.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Shoutai Pill combined with dydrogesterone can provide good clinical efficacy on recurrent abortion, improve the success rate of pregnancy and regulate the body＇s immune response from the whole.
