窝儿七中3种木脂素的定性定量研究

Qualitative and Quantitative Research of 3 liganans in Diphylleia sinensis Li.

目的：建立测定窝儿七中3种木脂素含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Cosmosil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,柱温为25℃,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L·min-1,检测波长为330 nm。结果：4＇-去甲基鬼臼毒素、鬼臼毒素和山荷叶素分别在4.5-224.0μgm L·L-1（r=0.9992）、20.0-1000.0μg·m L-1（r=0.9994）和5.10256.2μg·m L-1（r=0.9994）线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.80%（RSD%=1.44%）、99.82%（RSD%=1.67%）和99.28%（RSD%=2.30%）。结论：所建立的方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,为窝儿七的质量控制提供参考依据。

Conclutions; The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducibla It can be used for the de- termination of main composition in Diphylleia sinensis Li .
