摘要
目的:建立测定窝儿七中3种木脂素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Cosmosil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温为25℃,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L·min-1,检测波长为330 nm。结果:4'-去甲基鬼臼毒素、鬼臼毒素和山荷叶素分别在4.5-224.0μgm L·L-1(r=0.9992)、20.0-1000.0μg·m L-1(r=0.9994)和5.10256.2μg·m L-1(r=0.9994)线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.80%(RSD%=1.44%)、99.82%(RSD%=1.67%)和99.28%(RSD%=2.30%)。结论:所建立的方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,为窝儿七的质量控制提供参考依据。
Obejectiw To establish a quantitative research standard of Diphylleia sinensis Li. by HPLC. Methods. Conclutions; The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducibla It can be used for the de- termination of main composition in Diphylleia sinensis Li .
