董氏奇穴针灸治疗颈背部肌筋膜炎75例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Dong's points Acupuncture on Cervicodorsal Myofascitis

目的:观察董氏奇穴针灸治疗颈背部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择颈背部肌筋膜炎患者150例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予传统针灸取穴治疗;观察组采用董氏奇穴针灸治疗,记录两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为82.7%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛评分、条索状物面积均低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后压痛、肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍、口干、便秘、失眠评分均低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:董氏奇穴针灸法应用在颈背部肌筋膜炎患者中疗效可靠,能够减轻患者疼痛,缩小条索面积,改善患者临床体征。

Objective： To observe the effects of Dong＇s points acupuncture on cervicodorsal myofascitis. Methods： The 150 patients with cervicodorsal myofascitis were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional point selection, while the observation group accepted Dong＇s points acupuncture. The effects were observed after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.7%, higher than the control group which was 82.7% （P〈0.05）. The scores of pain, cords disc area, tenderness, swelling, ecchymosis, dysfunction, thirsty, constipation and insomnia were all lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Dong＇s points acupuncture therapy is effective, can reduce the pain of the patients, decrease the cords disc area, and improve the clinical signs.
