摘要
总结了抗原提呈细胞、T细胞、细胞因子、TOLL样受体黏附分子等因素在炎症性肠病发病过程中的影响;总结了中药对炎症性肠病免疫机制影响的研究结果。目前免疫异常及肠道持续的炎症损伤被认为是炎症性肠病发病的基本机制。
The author summarized the effects of antigen presenting cell, T cell, cell factor, toll-like receptor and adhesion molecule in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease, and summarized the results of Chinese medicine on immune echanism, and thought that dysimmunity and persistent inflammation of the intestine was the basic mechanism of inflammatory bowel disease.
