基于CAIV效费险权衡的飞机保障性指标决策方法

摘要 运用"费用作为独立变量"(CAIV)方法,建立了效费险三维"权衡空间",并通过效费险三维权衡分析,使在飞机的研制阶段进行保障性决策时,能够综合权衡保障性、费用和研制风险,找出最优的保障性指标决策方案,并通过实例验证了该方法是实际可行的,对提高飞机保障性决策的科学性有一定的实用价值。 By using the method of CAIV,the paper structures a tradeoff space of effectiveness-cost-risk weighting. And through effectiveness-cost-risk tradeoff analysis,it could balance the supportability,cost and risk in decision-making process,and find out the best alternative target decision of supportability when the airplane is still in schematic demonstration phase. An example is used to illuminate the method's feasibility. The work has an practical significance for the scientific decision-making of supportability.
