PRRSV-R98在激流灌注式生物反应器内增殖水平的研究

摘要 为了建立激流灌注式生物反应器规模化生产猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗的生产工艺,本研究以AP20C型生物反应器为生产工具对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒R98株(PRRSV-R98)的增殖水平进行了研究。结果显示,应用激流灌注式生物反应器生产猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒96h达到最佳接毒时间,接种后36~39h收获病毒液,效价较转瓶提高十倍以上。 In order to set up the technology that comprehensive production of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome live vaccine with suspension and perfusion bioreactor , this study researched PRRSV-R98 proliferational level with bioreactor AP20C. The results showed that PRRSV-R98 strains should be inoculated at the 96th hour, and should be harvested at the 36-39th hour after inoculation, the titer of the production could be enhanced above 10 times.
