为了践行应用型人才培养模式改革,顺应应用型人才培养模式的要求,达到"食品工艺学"的教学目的,对"食品工艺学"课程进行了课程体系、教学内容、实践教学、考核方式等一系列探讨。

In order to fulfill and conform to demand of the reform of practical personnel training mode, the system, content, practice, evaluation of the Food Technology course is discussed in this article.
