摘要
根据食品科学与工程专业"生物工程与设备"课程教学目标,通过对课程内容、教学方法及教学手段的改革与实践探索,以工程能力培养为主线,应用现代教学技术手段,构建了食品科学与工程专业"生物工程与设备"的独特教学模式,以期为提高食品科学与工程专业"生物工程与设备"课程教学质量提供新思路。
Bio-engineering and Equipment is one of the elective courses in major of Food Science and Engineering. According to the teaching target of the subject construction, and combining with the practice teaching of Bio-engineering and Equipment course, the paper made some explorations on the teaching contents, teaching metholds, teaching techniques and curriculum construction, in order to cultivate students' engineering competence and enhance the teaching effect of the Bio-engineering and Equipment course.
