摘要
对"食品工程原理实验"教学方法、教学内容、教学评价体系等进行了阐述。实践证明,通过实践教学改革,培养了学生坚实的理论基础和实际分析问题、解决问题的能力,为今后学习工作打下了良好基础。
The experimental teaching method, teaching content and teaching evaluation system of food engineering principle are described. Practice show that through practice teaching reform, strengthen the cultivation of students' theoretical foundation and practical analysis of the problem solving skills, lay a good foundation for the future.
