摘要 详细阐述了某锅炉厂首台自主设计制造的300 MW等级循环流化床锅炉自投运以来落渣管出现烧红、与炉底布风板连接的管道变形、堵塞、焊缝发生拉裂、脱落的系列问题,分析了引起上述问题产生的原因,并给出了解决方案,通过采取改进金属膨胀节、膨胀节挡板、落渣管端部结构以及管道本体材料等措施,问题最终得到解决,从而保证了机组长期安全稳定运行。 This paper describes in detail some problems occurred in a 300 MW class Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler that one boiler factory first independently designed and manufactured, since its operation the dropping slag pipe appeared some problems such as over -burning, deformation of the pipe connecting with the bed, jam, weld crack, falling off. This paper has analyzed the reasons of the above problems and given the solutions, by taking the improvement of metal expansion joint, expansion joint baffle, dropping slag pipe end structure, pipe body material and other measures, the problems have finally been resolved, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of unit.
