摘要 通过室温化学渗硫技术在45钢表面制备渗硫层,采用M-200型摩擦磨损试验机评价了渗硫层在定载荷和变载荷下的摩擦磨损性能,用扫描电子显微镜、三维轮廓仪和X射线衍射仪观察分析了渗硫层的形貌、结构、物相组成及其磨痕形貌。结果表明,渗硫层摩擦过程中硫元素会向对偶件扩散,并生成具有润滑作用的氧化物,摩擦系数一直很小。渗硫层减摩耐磨效果明显,有效改善钢的粘着磨损特性。 Sulfide layer on 45 steel was prepared at room temperature using chemical sulphurizing technol- ogy. The friction and wear properties of the sulfide layer were investigated on a M-200 tribo-tester under both constant load and variable load conditions. The surface morphology, microstructure and worn surface morphology of the sulfide layer were characterized with scanning electron microscopy and 3D profiler. The phase composition of the sulfide layer was determined by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the sulfur element can diffuse into the dual member in the friction process of the sulfur layer, and generate oxide with the lubrication effect. The friction coefficient was small. The antifriction and wear resistance effects of the sulfide layer were obvious, and the adhesive wear of the steel improved obviously.
