描述了机械液压数控电气系统在XKH9720重型数控转子槽铣床技术改造中的应用。介绍了为满足百万千瓦级发电机转子加工工艺的性能要求,机械液压系统再生制造的具体内容和遇到的技术难点与创新点。介绍了机床整体技术改造方案、工艺布局、性能参数和结构特点。介绍了西门子840DE数控系统在机床控制过程中的数控功能和电气连接及结构特点,通过机电一体化的整体设计安装调试,使该机床无论在高精度、高控制功能、高可靠性等各项指标均达到了较高的设计要求,满足了百万级转子数控加工的技术与工艺要求。
Describe the application of mechanical hydraulic CNC electrical system in the technical reconstruction of XKH9 7 2 0 heavy CNC rotor slot milling machine. Introduce the specific content of mechanical hydraulic system of regeneration manufacture and the technical difficulties and innovation points to meet the performance requirements of rotor machining process of MW generators. Machine tool is introduced in overall technical transformation scheme,process layout,performance parameters and structural features. SINUMERIK 8 4 0 DE CNC system in machine tool control is introduced in the process of CNC function and electrical connections and characteristics of the structure,through the integral design of the electromechanical integration installation and adjustment,no matter in the machine tool control functions and high reliability,high accuracy and the indicators have reached the higher design requirements,meet the MW rotor CNC machining technology and technical requirements.
