摘要
由磁流变抛光的原理与结构,简述了磁流变抛光的法向加工需求。针对一回转对称二次非球面工件和自研的PKC-1000Q2磁流变抛光机床,建立了加工过程的几何模型,分析了加工过程的结构可行性,并对四轴联动加工过程,建立了一种模型明确、计算简单的轨迹点计算方法。该方法不依赖CAD/CAM软件,易于和磁流变抛光驻留时间求解算法集成,也可以在其他加工领域参考应用。
Based on the mechanism and structure of magneto- rheological finishing( MRF),expound the necessary of vertical process in aspheric surface Magneto- Rheological Finishing( MRF). Utilizing the geometrical model,illustrate the feasibility of processing a rotational symmetric quadric aspheric surface by developed PKC- 1000Q2 MRF machine. With a simple specific method independent of CAD / CAM programme,the coordinate of arbitrary point in the 4- axis synchronization tool path is calculated. The method is easy to integrate with dwell time solving arithmetic. Besides MRF,the method is suitable for other processing.
