摘要
提出了一种利用Optistruct优化工具对机械结构进行拓扑及形状的优化方法,并在大型卧式加工中心的主轴箱尾筒结构优化中进行了验证。该方法综合应用了拓扑优化和形状优化,并且以最小化组合柔度系数作为优化目标,实现了结构静力和动力的联合优化。最后,通过有限元分析对比优化前后尾筒结构的静载变形和第一阶固有频率值,验证了该方法的可靠性。
This paper proposes a topology shape optimization method for continuum structure based on Optistruct,and it is verified in structure optimization of the headstock caudal cylinder of a horizontal machining center. This method combines topology optimization and shape optimization by using " Combined Compliance Index" as the optimization object. In the end,by comparing the FEA results of static displacement and the first natural frequency between the original caudal cylinder and the optimized one,the validity of the new optimization method is proved.
